Srinivas Mankala, Co-founder and CEO

A seasoned technology executive with over two decades of business and technology experience, Srinivas Mankala is a co-founder and the CEO of NetVision. Over the years, he has been instrumental in setting the strategy for the company, a key player in its growth, and in the reputation it has gained in the market today. As a leading government and commercial IT services provider, NVR has grown to heights through Mankala’s adept leadership. A senior technology leader himself, Mankala has worked with large government and commercial organizations to provide strong hands-on architecture, integration, development and support on diverse technology platforms. He holds a Masters from the NJIT, and a Bachelor’s degree from Osmania University, India. He is published in the Nature journal for work that he has done at the Jackson Library, Bar Harbor, Maine.

Vishnu Seri, Vice President—Business Development

Vishnu is a co-founder and as VP, leads the Business Development efforts at NVR. Vishnu has more than 15 years of diverse consulting experience that spans from startups to Fortune 500 firms. He has substantial experience working with government entities having worked at several local, state and federal agencies in the areas of information technology and engineering. Vishnu was instrumental in setting up the India off-shore operations for a boutique technology consulting firm. His prior work experience also includes stints as a Sr. Consultant in ERP and J2EE technologies.

Vishnu has a Masters Degree in Engineering from Kansas State University, KS and a BS in Engineering from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He authored / co-authored publications that have been presented at leading conferences over the past 10 years.

Chris Silva, Vice President—Business Development (Commercial)

Chris Silva has over 19 years of experience in the IT solutions and consulting space across a broad array of verticals. As a Vice President of NVR , he heads the commercial sector business development efforts.

Prior to joining NVR, Chris has spent the past 18 years with large publicly-traded services organizations as well as small to mid-sized companies focusing on IT solutions, both domestic and International. There, he progressed through several positions which included management of all IT sales, recruiting and operations, encompassing P&L responsibility, help desk, managed services, and application development & maintenance. He also served as Senior Director responsible for US and Near Shore Recruiting, IT sales, service desk operations, outsourcing, on-demand, and direct placement. One of his major strengths is in developing repeatable delivery systems and recruitment processes for project-based solutions, including application development, Engineering, Life Sciences, and process consulting. Mr. Silva is credited with the start-up and management of a national recruiting organization for a company serving fortune 500 customers that was charted with staffing requirements throughout the United States and Canada across multiple verticals such as Life Sciences, Engineering, Manufacturing, and IT Services.

Chris graduated from Augustana College with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Computer Science.

Praveen Srinivasan, Chief Solutions Architect

Praveen Srinivasan serves as the Chief Solutions Architect at NVR, helping customers define and create solutions for critical IT needs. He defines and directs multiple innovative technology initiatives, particularly in the application of mobile and enterprise technology to Health IT, geared towards aligning NVR’s technology focus with its strategic objectives. Praveen brings 20 years of experience in the enterprise computing and security domains. His past experience includes critical development and architecture roles on various efforts at companies in the telecom, mortgage, digital publishing, and security spaces. He has helped conceive, design, and develop products and systems employing a wide array of technologies including SOA solutions based on Java Enterprise (JEE), ESB platforms from Tibco and Weblogic, content and digital rights management platforms, mobile platforms, and a variety of security technologies. Most recently, he was involved in a critical role in the DNSSEC effort at Verisign which seeks to secure DNS queries over the Internet.
